The organisation has booked a limited number of rooms in two 4-star hotels; for groups and individuals, at special prices for participants. Both hotels are located at a 10-min ride by car from the venue. Bus service from the hotel to the venue and back to the hotels will be provided early in the morning and in the afternoon at the end of the sessions. Bus transportation information will be available at hotels lobby and final program.

Prices detailed in the accommodation form are special prices. BN&Co. assumes no liability for better prices available on last minute reservations websites.

The number of rooms booked at these prices is limited. Therefore, we encourage you to make the reservation well in advance in order to avoid last minute potential inconveniences.
